In the Certificate III in Individual Support, you will be educated and trained to work in aged and disability care. Individual support workers are critical in meeting the demands of our growing elderly population. 

This certificate provides you with sufficient training so that you can work as a detail-oriented caregiver who supports vulnerable populations in maintaining their health, independence and well-being.

As a part of the certification process, applicants must meet a standard of requirements and would need additional checks, for example a police or background check. These requirements depend on where you live and what regulations the state follows.

Helping the most disadvantaged Australians is a difficult task and one that not everyone is suited for. But if you have a caring nature and are drawn to supporting those who really need it, a Diploma of Community Services may be the perfect move for you.

The individual will support the implementation of a learning framework, as well as the children's development, learning and wellbeing. The educator may work autonomously, or under direct supervision.

In the diploma of early childhood education and care, you will be educated and trained to work with children in their formative years. You can offer support to young kids individually or as a part of a team. 

Certificate III in School Based Education Support equips you with the skills to assist teachers in classroom settings. You’ll learn to support student learning, provide individual assistance, and contribute to an inclusive and safe school environment.

Certificate IV in School Based Education Support prepares you for more advanced responsibilities as a teacher aide or learning support officer. You’ll gain expertise in supporting students with additional needs, implementing learning strategies, and fostering positive classroom engagement.

Diploma of School Age Education and Care provides the knowledge to plan, implement, and manage programs for school-aged children in after-school care, vacation programs, and community settings. You’ll develop leadership and management skills while ensuring the wellbeing and development of children.

​Certificate III in Individual Support gives you the practical skills to provide person-centered care in aged care, disability, or community settings. You’ll learn how to support daily living, wellbeing, and independence for people in need of assistance.

Diploma of Counselling prepares you to work in counselling roles across community and private practice settings. You’ll develop communication and therapeutic techniques to support clients with personal, social, or psychological challenges.

Diploma of Community Services trains you to deliver and manage services for individuals, families, and communities. You’ll build skills in case management, advocacy, and program coordination, preparing you for roles in community organisations and social services. (Note: This qualification has been superseded.)

Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management is designed for leaders and managers in the community services sector. You’ll develop advanced skills in strategic planning, financial management, and organisational leadership, enabling you to manage services, teams, and programs at a senior level.
